What Fiboka is

An app where a family keeps its budget, goals, lists and a “family bank” for the kids. For now it is free, invitation-only, and offered as a test version.

The family bank is not a bank

Interest, loans and investments in the “family bank” are agreements between family members, set by the parents. Fiboka only keeps track of them. It is not a financial institution, holds no real money and gives no financial advice.

Your account

• You are responsible for your password, the phone with your verification code and your recovery codes.
• The parent who creates kids’ accounts is responsible for them and for the data entered about them.
• The data you enter remains yours.

What you may not do

• Try to access another family’s data or get around the security measures.
• Use the app for illegal activity or to upload content you don’t own.
• Deliberately overload the service.

Availability and liability

Fiboka is a test version. We do our best to keep it running and to lose nothing — daily backups, automatic checks — but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use.

Closing your account

You can leave at any time: write to contact@fiboka.com and we’ll delete the family account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after letting you know.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we’ll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
